Smashburger - Milton Keynes

I'll start by saying the burgers did taste good and had plenty of toppings. However you can find a lot better for less. £30 for two burgers and a large chips, which in my opinion wasn't even a large portion is far too expensive to be worthwhile and is definitely not worth the price. I certainly think you can get better for that money elsewhere. Unfortunately I can't see myself coming back unless prices even out a bit.

Enjoyed the food in a pleasant environment. The service was excellent, I was personally impressed. Liked the salads too.

My daughter and I recently visited the Smashburger restaurant in Milton Keynes. We were both very impressed with the food, which was fresh and delicious. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. However, we did have one issue with our order. My daughter ordered a chicken burger with just tomato, but when it arrived, it had everything except tomato. She suffers from social anxiety, so she didn't want me to bring it to the staff's attention. We had tried to order from the app, but that was a confusing mess and didn't offer the options we wanted. Overall, we had an OK experience at Smashburger, and we would have liked to have had our order correct. Here are some suggestions for how Smashburger could improve their customer experience: Make sure that orders are taken correctly, especially when there are special requests. Make the app easier to use and offer more options. Provide more training for staff on how to deal with customers with social anxiety.

My first time here. We went as a family of four adults. Food was simply delicious! I did notice that they delivery drivers were in and out a lot. Not a great place to eat in for a special occasion but it was clean and the staff were pleasant. Most of all the food was really good with lots of different types of burger catering to meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans. The chips with pico de gallo is also really great. The shakes are generous with the traditional metal flask on the side.
