Feedback gevenIt was a sunday time and there was only 1 girl and girl said it’s my 1st day I waited for 1 hr for sub and i guess for service improvement owner needs to hire more employees. It’s so frustrating to waiting on weekends.
Ordered veggie patty thru SkipTheDishes, and unfortunately they ran out of the patties coz of shortage. They made a regular sandwich without the patties (still very delicious) and offered three complimentary chocolate chip cookies with a hand-written apology note for the shortage issue.
Very good service. Heather was very customer oriented. Shall returnWheelchair accessibility: Front and center parking. So.eo e was thinking when they put the accessible park near the front door.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly options.

Very disappointed. Ordered online and they called me right before I was to pick up my order to say they had no spinach. I asked for a refund and was told to use the app. There is nowhere on the app to cancel your order or contact subway. I went into the store to be told to use the app and call the 1-800 number they provided as they cannot issue a refund.there is no way through the 1-800 number to speak with someone. What happened to customer service? Also used $2.00 in points that I most likely will not be refunded.
