Always a line up and always moves slow. Staff try hard to get the line moving but rarely succeed.
Drive-thru is really quick! There is always a line, but it goes quickly.
Slowest, most disorganized Tim's on the planet. Been here lots, and been to many Tim's all over the place…

Slow service. Borders on frustrating if you are in any kind of rush.
