I visited Tim Hortons today to take benefit of their $1 coffee offer with a survey code, as advertised. However, upon presenting my receipt from another Tim Hortons location, I was informed that they could only honor the offer if the receipt was from the same restaurant. This was disappointing and not in line with the offer's terms, which state that the receipt can be used at any Tim Hortons in Canada. The staff's refusal to provide the discounted coffee left me feeling frustrated and misled. I hope Tim Hortons can ensure consistency and clarity in their promotions in the future. Service: 1
I recently visited at Tim Hortons was an utter disaster. The service was incredibly slow, with a disorganized staff seemingly unaware of customer needs. The food, when it finally arrived, was a disappointment. It was undercooked and poorly prepared, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of taste and quality. To make matters worse, the dining area was unclean, with spilled food and trash scattered around. Overall, a complete letdown and a reminder to avoid this location in the future.
