Feedback gevenOur meal tonight was an absolute delight! From the cozy atmosphere and welcoming staff to the skilled mixologists and, of course, the delicious food, everything was fantastic. I can't stop thinking about those amazing pork buns - I definitely will be coming back for more!
I recently had dinner at this restaurant. The grilled salmon was fantastic, but the pork bun and the other salmon dish were a bit too salty for my liking. The melon salad was delicious and packed with flavor. One of the two sauces served with the pork shoulder dish was tasty, but the other was not as enjoyable. Overall, it's a good place to dine.
I don?t know what happened to this place but I use to love eating here. We had a reservation for 8:45 that we were even early for and the first thing our waitress told us was the kitchen closes at 9 so we need to get our food in asap. Why give the option to seat at 8:45 if you?re going to rush your customers. She didn?t even give me the chance to say we already knew what we wanted. Than the pork buns came out and the pork was super tough, some pieces too tough to eat. The
Braise offered a truly unique dining experience. We had dinner there yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. The restaurant offers both a vegetarian and gluten-free menu, as well as an omnivore option, which perfectly complemented each other. The drinks were creative and surprising, the salads were inventive, and the main courses were outstanding. And don't even get me started on the dessert – it was absolutely delicious. We can't wait to go back to Braise, especially since the menu changes almost daily. Our server, Robin, was wonderful – friendly and professional. We also appreciated the culinary expertise of the staff.
We had our wedding dinner here and the catering was phenomenal. We booked out the first floor and the split between cocktails in the bar area and dinner in the dining room was a nice little change of setting. The braised beef, pork buns, and chocolate mouse were hits, guests even took leftovers home. The lemon curd wedding cake made by the pastry chefs was great and beautifully but tastefully decorated. I hope we can come back for all our anniversaries.
