Coachs Pub N Grill - Milwaukee

I hate to give a low rating but I have to. The bartender was super rude. Would huff each time I asked for a beer almost like I was annoying them by drinking beers at a bar. People did not seem to be happy that someone from outside of the regulars were in the bar. It is down the street from a bunch of hotels. One would think it was traveler friendly.

Although I didn't have the opportunity to sample the food, upon entering the restaurant, I had a feeling that the food would be delicious. The bartender provided great service and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly thanks to the staff.

One of my Families go to places for years. Food is great, their chicken dinner is one of a kind and a steal at the price. Even if you aren't a chicken fan (like me) plenty of other options. Service is great they are always able to accommodate our large groups of 10+ !

This was my first visit to Coach’s Pub and Grill and unfortunately, I don’t think I will return. My husband ordered the Poor Man’s Lobster and I had the fish fry with onion rings. The fish fry was average, served with coleslaw and rye bread. However, the onion rings tasted as if they had been fried in old oil, making them greasy and unappetizing. My husband’s fish lacked flavor and was not enjoyable. Overall, the experience was disappointing.

Great little pub. The fish sandwich was huge and delicious! They do fish fries on Fridays. Service was excellent as well.
