Cookies tasted decent but they are way to small for the price. Youll get more bang for your buck from crumble cookie

Sage and Mason were awesome! Ordered through a third party and hadn’t seen any updates for a while and called the store because I’ve had issues in the past with other stores. They prioritized my order and immediately had it resolved. Best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time!

I love Insomnia they started as a food truck on my college campus in Pennsylvania. But the locations in Wisconsin are the worst. The quality is the same (that is, everything is delicious) IF YOU CAN GET IT. The deliveries are constantly wrong and more than 3 times I’ve had a delivery cancelled for no reason with no call or explanation. These locations are honestly harming the overall Insomnia brand with this nonsense. If delivery could occur 10 years ago from a food truck to my dorm room within 15 minutes at 2 AM, there is no reason the Milwaukee locations can’t manage the same. If you’re in the Milwaukee area, don’t bother, unless you’re going to go in to the location yourself.

Love there cookies. Usually very quick to deliver. Even have gluten-free cookies that are just as good as the regular ones.

Product quality is good, but the order came short, missing 1 cookie and another came in the box broken (delivery order) and was unable to do the cookiewich! Maybe better service in carryout orders!
