Interval - Milwaukee

Charming little spot! Quick service, great coffee, delicious sandwiches, and tasty desserts. So happy we discovered Interval. A big shoutout to Bella and Melissa from Ryan!

We ordered the breakfast sandwich and biscuits and gravy. Both dishes were tasty, but the biscuits and gravy were a standout—absolutely delicious with a wonderful blend of flavors! I think there may have been some thyme or rosemary in the mix, adding to the richness. However, the highlight of our visit was the service. Bella was an outstanding representative for the café! She was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu. It was clear that she genuinely wanted us to have a great experience. If I returned, she would be one of my main reasons for doing so! It’s hard to find places these days with real people who truly look happy to be there, so I’m really grateful to her for making our visit special. We left feeling appreciated and would happily spend our money here again. I highly recommend giving this place a try and asking for Bella if she’s working—she’ll definitely guide you in the right direction!

I was looking for a unique espresso experience, and Interval turned out to be the perfect spot. I enjoyed a delightful shot of espresso and an outstanding Americano. The atmosphere is cozy, albeit slightly small and a bit worn, which only adds to its charm. The staff was friendly and shared some information about the coffee they were serving. I can't wait to return!

Possibly best breakfast sandwich in Milwaukee...Very quaint little coffee shop and breakfast place. Will definitely come back. Slightly pricey, but our food was high quality and filling. Inside is a little small, seats about 15. You can get to go. Outside patio seats about 15 as well. I got the Breakfast Sammy and the other pic is the Burata Toast. Glad we finally went here! Update : Got breakfast Sammy for take out. Still really good but the patty das a little drier.

Stopped in for a coffee for my dad and I. My dad got a standard hot coffee, which he really liked. I got one recommended by guy behind the counter. Reese peanut butter cereal infused Iced coffee. Sounded different but was really good! Very nice local coffee shop.
