J&J fish and chicken LLC - Milwaukee

I had stopped patronizing JJ’s because of such bad service-then I happen to stop by the JJ’s on 62nd and Capitol-Upon enter I was created by Lou who was kind, the lobby was clean and the food was great! I had order a catfish dinner and forgot it on the counter. I called the restaurant and was told to come back-I went the next day not realizing the staff made the dinner the day before.sure enough Lou gave me a slight tongue lashing with a smile and prepared me dinner. I went today and the same nice smile of Big Lou was there to greet me! Chicken was hot the fries were hotter and the lemonade/strawberry drink was refreshing! Needless to say I forgot my Pepsi ??‍-I work with the public and it’s rewarding to meet/visit an establishment that cares about people and community!! Thank you BIG LOU!! I will be back for my Pepsi!!

I Had A Unpleasant Experience a Week Ago and have Deleted that Post. Today on 7/25/2023 The Owner Of this Establishment went Above and Beyond. And I must say, The Value of Service and Thoughtfulness of Good Service for the Patrons in our Community is Refreshing to See and Experience.Thank You!

I ordered 2/4 piece chicken breast,got home and they were hard as ever!!! Take them back and he tells me that they don’t look hard!! So,I would really use my time and gas for nothing??? They remake them and get home and they aren’t cooked all the way through!!! I’m over this place and they can keep the $40!!! Will never return again. The guy at the register is rude as ever!!!

I ordered the fish combo and got 3 pieces of perch and 10 shrimp with fries. The fish and the shrimp were absolutely overcooked. My meal was very disappointing and dissatisfying.Food: 1/5

Food is reasonably priced and tasty. Got a little India spice to o.
