Feedback gevenWhat a great customer service team and chefs. Make super busy last night about 7:30, but the staff was friendly and helpful. These 5 employees worked their butt with a never-ending customer line. Very impressive team. Do you hope your employer will give you an increase?
I was here a few weeks ago. Try to use a voucher sent in the post for BOGO shells. I had a hard day, so I wanted some panda....if I went to pay, they told me that I had already used the coupon I didn't have and it was still good before the expiry date. They confiscated the voucher and offered me a couple of $2 from my order instead... I was crying when it was a bad day and everything I wanted was a Chinese food. When I email Panda companies, they said without the coupon (which was taken by the employees) they could not help me. I guess I'll find another place because the whole company is very disorganized and rude, especially when it comes to coupons.
They are always out of at least one thing that I want to order most of the time two or three things, and today they have begun to do this thing where you do not have to come in, you have to go well through the drive-thru if they are stuck in this drive-thru line you are so if they do not have what you want, either do not take it and sit there in the line, while everyone gets their food or you just take what they need to give. And I said I'm not going to come here because they never have anything in stock, like even the sauces, but I gave him another shot I just thought maybe that was because of pandemic or something, but it's still so and I'm going to the other Panda Express and they don't have those problems, it just seems like that. And I see that there are many comments, just like mine, I don't know what the point is to write these comments if management won't get in and do something to help this business.
Don't waste your time. They are from half their menu points every day at noon. If they have the item you want, it will be left over indefinable scrap. Management is not available. A miracle they earn enough money to stay in business. How can you pay your bills if you have nothing available for customers to buy?
Not exactly a positive experience. First I tried to call to see what their hours were but I got no answer. but found out that other locations were open til 9 so I went anyway. I had a coupon for a free Entree with the purchase of two entrees. The receipt said something different than what I ordered and the label said that the item that I did order was spicy I wanted a taste of the sauce to see how spicy and the person which I think was a manager gave me a hard time about that but he gave it to me anyway. And by the way it was not spicy . Not good customer service if you ask me you're supposed to work with the customer especially being a manager. And the price it was supposed to be buy two entrees get one free and it was like $13 and change not worth it if you ask me. I won't go back to that location I've had good experiences at other locations
