Feedback gevenI used to like Panera Bread and thought this location was okay and convenient. However, my experience today was horrible.I spent $27.52 of my hard earned money for this location not to have a cashier at the front and I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come and take my order. Secondly, the person who took my order Pam was very monontone and acted as if taking my order was such an inconvenience. I was bringing in bagels for coworkers. There were no boxes to put the bagels in and Pam proceeded to put them in a shopping bag. I took an issue with that because I thought they would come in a box. Today was a special event in my office and I had volunteered to bring in bagels. So here I am with a shopping bag of bagels, no box, and not only did Pam act as if I was bothering her when I placed my order, Pam also cannot count. Instead of giving me 18 bagels, she only gave me 15, so I was shorted 3 bagels. I did not discover this until after I had arrived at work, and had placed the bagels on some plates in our office as opposed to leaving them in this big awkward shopping bag because there were no boxes for bagels at this location. So thanks for the great customer service. It 's sad when me as a customer does not want $30 rewards for future use and would instead like a refund because the customer service is horrible, and I don 't plan on going to any Panera location ever. This location needs a complete overhaul.Thanks for nothing.
Consistently awful service. Always out of something important like ice, large coffee cups, almond milk.
It looks like they gave me 2 halves of different sandwiches. They were out of gouda and charged me to put a different type of cheese on it. Also, one of the halves of the sandwhich just doesn’t have chicken on it. One side is extremely thin with chicken, the other is super thick without chicken. Very upsetting, a waste of money, and I’m still hungry.
Tried calling 5 time during non busy times and no one answers. Your doordash is overpriced and doesn’t give you an option for french Baguette with your soup, and its not like you can ask, because they don't give you then option either and its been months. Fix your DoorDash if you have time to mark up the cost of the items. And try to answer a phone.
Food and Service is great the atmosphere is very nice .Vegetarian options: Need a hot veggie sandwich ? and some other foods ?
