Panera Bread - Milwaukee

I have not been able to use their app successfully to go or block here. the service here at this place is at a distance the worst in comparison to the other panera bread locations within 15 miles. orders are not always accurate, the board service is a sweat and waiting times are the longest.

I placed an order through the Panera app for delivery at 5:00. Unfortunately, the food arrived over 30 minutes late and several items were missing, including 2 out of the 3 sandwiches we had ordered (resulting in 2 people in our family not having their main meal). I understand that DoorDash is responsible for the delivery, but I tried to contact them three separate times and the phone rang until it disconnected and hung up on me. Fortunately, the company eventually resolved the issue, but I will not be ordering from this location or visiting again.

I absolutely adore this Panera Bread location. The staff, from management to employees, are all friendly and attentive when taking your order. Thank you for making the ordering process so seamless. If you're in the area or live nearby, be sure to stop by - you won't be disappointed!

First time at this location. I ordered a Bacon, turkey bravo sandwich with extra sauce. Oh wait no bacon (because it was not on there) so apparently it is just a turkey bravo sandwich. The extra sauce was everywhere and it looked as if my sandwich had been just dipped in it to appear tohjave lot's of sauce on it. There was spoiled lettuce on the sandwich too. After finding that I could not eat the second half. Very disappointed in this location, I usually love Panera. Oh and nothing was stocked, no cup lids, straws or napkons.

Was happy to see Panera open in this location. Unfortunately service is so slow I can't count on going there for lunch. Today at an off-peak time (1:30 pm) sandwich took 20 minutes to make. Might go sometime I have a couple of leisurely hours to spend.
