Shalom Puerto Rican - Milwaukee

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. The male server had a bad attitude and was unhelpful when answering my questions. I expected better service for the money I was spending. My time is valuable and I did not appreciate feeling like I got nothing in return for my purchase.

Arrozo con gandules is dry and no taste. bacalacitos are very fat. not recommended

After my third visit, I won't be returning to this restaurant. On my last visit, the dish was overcooked. I called and they were very helpful in addressing the issue. I decided to give them another chance and ordered the fried chicken, but unfortunately it was overcooked and most of it was inedible. The fried pork was visually appealing but lacked seasoning, and the rice was bland.

The restaurant offers delicious, authentic Puerto Rican comfort food at an affordable price. The service is also excellent.

I eat here all the time food is awesome and so is the service clean environment
