Tre Rivali - Milwaukee

The first stop on my Milwaukee weekend trip! We popped into this place to soak up the last nice day of the year on the patio and it was a treat! We ordered

I think this one is a solid "MehI've experienced better." for me.

Tried Tre Rivali last night for a birthday dinner and although I was skeptical going in due to some poor reviews on service I was pleasantly surprised.

Wings was raw and ****, ribs was all fat and service was terrible.

We were three adults with two (nicely dressed and well mannered) kids at 5 in the evening on a Sunday. The restaurant was 1/2 empty and the rude hostess shoved us at a tall bar table in between a service station and the kitchen door. After asking someone other than the hostess were moved to a regular table. The waitstaff was either overwhelmed or just terribly trained. Service took forever, orders were wrong, and the music was unnecessarily loud. BBQ brisket tasted like it was pounded with a mallet and soaked in liquid smoke. The one good thing I can say about this place is that the onion rings were incredible.
