We placed an online order, and it took two hours to arrive, barely warm. The estimated delivery time was 55 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half, we called to check on our order and were informed it was out for delivery. However, it still took another 30 minutes for our food to arrive. Food: 2 Service: 1.
