Feedback gevenWent to Hardee's today looked like they was short staffed there was one lady who looked like she was doing everything she was cleaning the dining room taking orders and making the food her name was Marie she is doing a great job, there was one GM and another manager and a manager in training. Marie needs a raise she is so sweet
Manger Nicole S was on it tonight as she is anytime we see her. As we walked in we were greeted as they were cleaning even though it didn't even look like it even needed it. Service was excellent. Food was hot and fresh as it should have been. She was amazing and is a great manager. 5 stars to her and her staff. Ps.. I think she deserves a raise.
Have always loved this Hardee's location in Mims/Titusville but this last visit was less than ideal. Both my husband and my burgers were messed up and had to be remade. As he was on a lunch break from work, time was of the essence. They did correct the burgers but they were ultimately mediocre at best for the cost. Where I used to look forward to any chance we were in that area to stop, it will be quite sometime before we go back. Prior to this experience, we had gone for breakfast and were as well disappointed with options and quality. What has changed? Hardee's used to have an amazing, extensive menu to choose from. Very sad!
Had two servers Chelsea and Thad. Absolutely the best experience and service ever at a Hardee's. Amazingly it they had both just started working. ?
Today was our first day to go inside to eat, and it was a wonderful experience. The manager on duty kept the team going. Everybody was engaged and friendly and polite. I didn’t catch the name of the cashier or the manager but they were wonderful. Previously I’ve always gone through the drive-through and the girl that waits on me. I think Andrea not sure is also super wonderful. This restaurant the morning staff could teach others how to do a good job.
