The Distillery Woodfire Restaurant

A spectacular setting with ample parking and quite a lot of history on the grounds. An amazingly gracious host who took the time to make us feel welcome. The food was awesome. The grilled scallops, the truffle potatoes , the Dict meat lovers pizza and the signature dessert. Outstanding flavours in all dishes. Outstanding quality. Fine dining of the highest standard. Finding the place was like bumping up against a rock that turns out to be a golden nugget Well done Sydney and Lauren. Can't wait to come back

A group get together we booked inside which was quieter as the larger groups tend to be in the outer area but that is also technically inside fully covered from the weather. We went Saturday lunch time and there was a large group of approximately 40 people for a Christening. I had the fish and Chips which was very good and most of the meals were very good. The Calzone Pizza was a little too thick around the edges with only a small amount of filling so would have been better but still tasty. Would certainly go again and 150 lashes beer on tap was very nice

Great food - great service vice lovely entrees - had pulled pork dish fish & chips - crab dish - chicken dish - highly recommended

Food is fine. Fish and chips were cooked well and tasted. Understaffed for number of customers. Only two waiters for the entire restaurant. Had to wait 15 minutes to pay the bill.

Lovely surroundings, great service, fab food. Tucked away, which makes it a surprise when you arrive.
