They turned a simple side salad into a special dish and the Arroz de polla with broccoli and cauliflower was super delicious. This place is a hidden gem in Central Nebraska (Minden). Perfect stop for lunch or dinner before or after a trip through Pioneer Village. Take the time to stop, you'll be glad you did. One of the best tacos asada I have had. Enough steak to make 6 tacos instead of the usual 3. Had to take some home. They are a block off of the town square on a corner. There was only one server for all the tables while we were there, but once our order was placed food came out amazingly fast.
