I am a loyal customer of Dunkin Donuts, mainly because of their products. However, I must say that the service provided by the staff at this Dunkin Donuts location was exceptional. The gentleman who assisted me had a great attitude and made me feel like I was not just another customer walking through their doors, but a special guest at their store that day.

This Dunkin' Donuts location on Long Island is truly outstanding! The donuts and drinks are delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I visit here every day for my coffee fix, and I appreciate that the staff wears masks to keep everyone safe.

This restaurant not only serves delicious food, but they also helped me with car problems! My car broke down in the parking lot and the manager, Muhammad, went above and beyond to assist me. He checked my car, gathered cables from customers to jump start it, and provided exceptional service. The entire staff was gracious, offering me donuts and water while I waited for over an hour. I am grateful to Muhammad and Dunkin' for their delicious food and top-notch service!
