Subway - Mineola

Overall a good experience of this smaller subway. The restaurant was clean, the options were plentiful, the gentlemen were nice, and the food tasted super. Interesting to note that the subway wrapper they normally wrap your outside sandwich was cut in half; presumably to save costs as you can get the paper twice. I notice it here, because I usually tear it off as it is too big, but today we both won! Only negative must I say the parking is limited, so if there are no parallel parking options in front of the restaurant, try a side street for more options. Bummer for those who can't park parallel, as this is all that is there; try McDonalds as they have a ride thru.

I had an amazing experience at this Subway, thanks to the new owners who have done a fantastic job with the place. I was really pleased with my visit, and the owner was incredibly friendly.

The restaurant has a brand new management team, and the manager is a legendary figure in the sandwich scene. The sandwiches are fantastic, and the atmosphere is cozy. I'll definitely be back soon!

Compared to the other Subway locations I've visited recently (all outside of New York), this one had the freshest ingredients, a spotless counter, and the fluffiest bread I've experienced. The employee seemed to be learning but crafted a sandwich that looked just like the pictures on the menu—truly impressive! Plus, the card machine didn't prompt me to leave a tip. Great job!
