Napoli's Pizza - Mineral Wells

Man I spoke to when I called back to check status of my order was EXTREMELY Rude, said they have the same problem they're having all over the US Nobody wants to work . I understand that some working are Jerks! Food was good, Lady who took my order was very nice, as was the delivery man This will be my last oder ever/ there's too many competitors to tolerate the rudeness not to mention over $50 for a pizza on sale 9.99/ a w ltr drink a pizza Way Over Priced from ad, charged for using a card and expected fees).

I went in to pick up the pizza I had ordered and paid for over the phone. There were customers ahead of me placing their orders, and once the cashier finished with them, she walked away without acknowledging me. I stood at the counter for over five minutes before she returned to assist me. She didn't even ask if I was there to pick up an order or needed to place a new one; she just glanced at me standing behind the others and left. This is the first time I've been disappointed with my experience here.
