Bruegger's - Minneapolis

I had never heard of this restaurant until we searched for breakfast spots in the area, and I'm really glad we decided to give it a try. The bagels were delicious and fresh! The twice-baked hash browns were just okay for me, though—mine came out cold, which was disappointing. I'm sure they would have been great if they had been hot. The place was quite busy, but the overall experience went smoothly. I would definitely go back again! We ordered the Smokehouse Brisket and the Farmhouse Bagel along with two orders of twice-baked hash browns.

All three employees I encountered today were absolutely fantastic. It's rare to find staff who are so energetic and genuinely great with people, all while creating delicious food. However, management should consider revising the tip options at checkout; I would have preferred to choose my own tip amount rather than being limited to a maximum of $3, which is quite disappointing. Nevertheless, I will wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to others because of your wonderful staff.

Why is the dining room still closed? That’s surprising! Also, the wait times can really fluctuate depending on the time of day. Today, the line was out the door! It shouldn’t take over 20 minutes to get coffee and bagels. Consider hiring more staff and treating them well so they feel motivated to work for you. That would definitely help resolve these issues.

I ordered delivery from this location yesterday, and went to open up my breakfast sandwiches today to warm them up, and there were three little black hairs in the sandwiches. I?m absolutely disgusted and will never order from here again.

Workers are super friendly and welcoming! My new favorite brueggers location!
