All the other Caribou locations I’ve visited provide this service, but this particular manager has chosen to do things differently. This approach reflects poor customer service for two main reasons: first, a lack of understanding of coffee drinking habits, and second, a refusal to meet customer needs, which ultimately leads to a loss of trust. Unfortunately, you’ve lost me as a customer, and I cannot recommend your establishment to others.
Overall, it's a great place with excellent customer service and high-quality offerings. However, I've noticed that some items are often served partially filled. For instance, my cold crafted press has arrived only about three-quarters full on two occasions now.
I've been visiting this location more frequently over the past few months, and I've had a great experience. The staff is excellent and very friendly, providing quick service every time. I really appreciate the new non-dairy and vegan food and drink options!
