I get that personal is a problem, but they should not have online orders if they don't have the capacity. But in-house service is good.
That is the best chipotle in the city of minneapolis. the burritos are delicious, always filled to maximum and rarely broken. the staff is fast and the orders are almost always done before the pick-up time and the people in the city know it, because today, when I went around 12:40, there was a line of 20 people and 10 more people waiting, and the staff did not lack a beat. a kerl was super crazy and screamed at the staff who told him quietly that they were short disturbed and that his order would soon be out, and they flew through the commands, even while he continued screaming at them. at the end the guy has his command in less than three minutes. the people who work on this chipotle are heroes, end of history.
They have forgotten my online order twice in 3 weeks, and the first was completely wrong when I get back to eat it.
I mean, it's chipotle as long as they don't sneak in my eating, it'll be good ($) ̄
Unfortunately this location fits the current Chipotle trend of being a disaster inside and dishing up baby scoops of protein. Better options nearby.
