Feedback gevenI have no doubt that the staff are wonderful, but my wife, who is pregnant, really wanted Chipotle at 9:30 PM. The door says they're open until 10:00 PM, the website confirms that, and there's even a handwritten sign on the door indicating 10:00 PM. However, they closed at 9:25 PM. This isn’t very good customer service!
Long lines on Tuesday at this location, only open until 3 p.m, short-staffed is thr common reason. It was noisy, had low portions sizes, and not as good. I had to ask repeatedly to add more veggies and pollo was really skimpy, which was a shame. The scoop sizes must have gone down or it is just this location. Chipotle is a multi- million Corp and cab afford to be generous with portions, for this who ask, without extra charges. ainxr they have already raised prices of their foods. I stayed until closing times and saw how the employees heaped their portions for their meals. They were out of the green Tabasco, as well.
I?ve officially given up on this ?restaurant?. Food is always cold and/or they are out of ingredients that?s if you can even find them open. Unpredictable hours and days that ignores what they have on their website and door was understandable when civilization restarted but it?s been a year now? better service and food can be found anywhere.
Without a doubt, this is the worst Chipotle I've ever experienced. There were 17 people in the lobby waiting for their food, and not a single order was ready. My meal was supposed to be completed 20 minutes ago, but there were no apologies for the delay. They don't announce the orders when they are ready, so everyone has to search for their names. The staff was even laughing at the customers waiting. This location should be shut down immediately. The service is terrible, and I recommend avoiding it at all costs.
I ordered online and was extremely disappointed with the portion size of my burrito. When I got home, I was excited to dig in, only to find that the burrito was about the size of a toddler's forearm. I even counted the ingredients—totally ridiculous! Fortunately, after reaching out to customer support, I received a replacement burrito and a full refund. However, I won’t be returning!
