Mcdonald's - Minneapolis

I can't remember the name of the woman who was working the drive-thru tonight, but I wanted to make sure to leave a review. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service! She was incredibly friendly, personable, and funny. Our interaction with her was one of the best customer service experiences I have had, even though it was just a brief moment. It is difficult to make such a positive impact in just a few minutes, especially when there are many people in line and the staff is working hard to serve everyone quickly and efficiently, but she managed to do so. Thank you!

This McDonald's is definitely one of the best I have ever been to. While it may look like any other McDonald's in terms of physical appearance, the staff here are amazing and the food quality is far superior to most other locations. The staff are always friendly and conscious of cleanliness, and the food just tastes better here than at other McDonald's. Despite being fast, their quality is not compromised. I would rate this McDonald's a 10/10.

This is the best McDonald's in Minnesota. Most of the time, there is a lovely lady named Lanita who always has a smile on her face, even when working the night shift. The service is super fast and the staff are always kind. Although they forgot my ranch dressing a couple of times, that seems to happen at most McDonald's locations. I would definitely recommend this place again - it's a 10/10!

Drive through has yet to get anything worse then a “B” from me and that’s coming from a 12 month time period where I ate here monthly, weekly, and when work was hitting OT and overnights, it could be breakfast every other day and that means during this COVID pandemic, then; drive through to get that food every other day and to not AVERAGE a B but to never once score lower then a “B” is just superb. It would take a customer throwing a “KAREN” or a God controlled natural disaster to ruin there speed to any great effect. Just know that it was never McDonald’s who caused the delay if there was ever one. Food was food, it’s McDonald’s, sure the best vs worse McDonald’s has noticeable differences but do not get fast food and especially the number 1 most popular and ate fast food in America in the world in the history of this planet, and then complain about the salt, the heat or a pickle etc... come on...

They do a good job. Make sure to ask for hot and ready fries!
