Feedback gevenI understand that being a pizza place, I may not expect exceptional customer service, but I have ordered from them multiple times and they consistently forget one of my items. They are unwilling to send someone to correct the mistake and replace the item they forgot to give me.
The meal was enjoyable as always, but it seems my 33% tip did not meet the driver's expectations as he ended up taking some extra broth sticks from the box. I will make sure to not tip over 15% again, as even that seems to be too much for them.
Papa jhons on nicolett ave is a sorry bunch my order was,cold and the driver and the instore personel was extremely rude. An i didnt get the the pizza that I ask or half of thr topping wanted .for so will not be paying for bad food an service October 21/2021 oh the driver didnt ask for no payment even when I called I Let him know about receiving the order. If you want great service I suggest your order the papa jhons on hennipen ave great service from the managers to the whole store
The pizza is always good (for Papa John's Pizza). But the delivery times can vary GREATLY. The delivery time estimate is NOT posted before you confirm your purchase and I have had 3+times where delivery is expected 120+ during what seems like low volume times (8ish on a Sunday where there is nothing going on etc). I was giving the benefit of the doubt for bad circumstances the first few times but this has become a pattern and is frustrating. Our ordering patterns to papa John's is to expect adequate pizza at a reasonable time, and with this kind of turn around I would rather spend a few extra bucks, for the same amount of time, for a much better pizza.
Delivery is a gamble. Sometimes it shows up, sometimes it doesn't. Last night, they claimed to have delivered a pizza, but no one ever came to our house. I even checked our doorbell camera just to make sure. If delivery is a big part of your business, you have to get this right.
