Rck Soulfood (real Cooks Kitchen)

First time visiting and seeeesh.... waited over 30+mins for take out. Got the 1 meat 2sides and ordered they yams but after about 20mins waiting I was told they were out of yams.... so I ended up getting the spaghetti which was ????????.... chicken was dry.. I was hurt by everything really besides the cornbread.. I thought I waited 30+mins for some fire soul food but wasn?t even close... must be a hit or miss spot

Let me start with they are most courtesy and down to earth folks you gone meet in all of New Hope ..... Now down to the food, I almost slapped my mama ???????????????? j/k ....but clearly they know spice and soul !!!!!!

I really do love supporting Black owned businesses, for I'm also a black business owner myself , but I am very disappointed with my last experience with this place . The previous time I ate here it was great, but this last experience was not so great . I ordered Red Beans and Rice there was more beans hardly any rice , and the rice was cheap) I also ordered Pepper Steak and Rice it was overly seasoned) . My date ordered the Yams too sweet to eat) . I'm just writing this review so the next person will hopefully have a better experience , I will still support , but this is not what's up !

I ordered red beans rice. It was awesomely delicious. I plan to order more of there dishes. And when I do I plan to post those as well. I truly believe that I'll be proud of what they serve. So if you are ever in the neighborhood. Stop by and get some delicious soul food! RCK is the real deal

Ok RCK!! I SEE YOU!! ???? I?ve passed by many times, but today something pulled me in. ??????????? I realized I was ?home? when you said your flavor was comin? from the Southside of Chicago. ???? Then, as I waited for my order, I witnessed your humble hospitality (a guy came in saying he didn?t know if he was in the right place and you treated him with kindness). ???? Then, when I tasted those GREENS!! ???????? Everything I ordered was on point! Thank you for being here in MN! ????
