Feedback gevenI usually don’t write reviews, but I’m genuinely shocked at how badly my order was mishandled. I ordered three sandwiches online, and all of them were incorrect. They mixed up the toppings, combining half of one sandwich’s ingredients with another, resulting in two mismatched sandwiches. To make matters worse, both had additional sauces and toppings that I didn’t request. The third sandwich, which was supposed to be flatbread, was instead made with wheat bread. Normally, I could overlook a missing topping or something minor, but this was simply negligence. I can't help but think that the person who prepared my order might have recognized their mistakes at some point but chose not to fix them.
We were on our way out of town and decided to stop by. Usually, at most Subways I've visited, the staff seem grumpy or unhappy to be working. However, that wasn't the case here! We were welcomed by a friendly lady who was polite and kind throughout our visit. Plus, the sub was incredible! You can’t go wrong with the teriyaki chicken!!
By far the worst subway store I have ever experienced, the employees are so rude, they do not say hi, they do not give you the time of day. 3 times now I have come here and they have not said a word to me, they just stare at me then I start saying what Iwant. They don?t ask any questions like how the other subways do. Lastly, they had a sign on the door saying ?closed for 15minutes ? I waited 35 minutes for the store to open back up! Another person who was waiting next to me honked their horn as theydrove away in anger. I walk in and the employee starts harassing me because ? im inpatient and rude?. I didn?t say anything, andI didn?t even honk the horn. This place is AWFUL. If you like customer service experiences. Don?t come here.
If I'm looking for a quick vegan sandwich, this is my go-to place. I appreciate that the staff is being educated on why it's important for vegans to have their food handled with separate gloves, rather than those that have touched animal products. While most employees understand this, there are still a few who don’t. I'm happy to see that Subway is now offering Beyond Meat options. If they could also introduce vegan cheese, it would truly be a game changer.
I usually don't write a cripple, but I'm in a lot of how bad they messed up. Online order, all 3 sandwiches were wrong. they placed half the torf from one sandwich to one and the half from one to another. So I got two mixed sandwiches. both with additional sauces and with toppings that were not asked. the third sandwich should be flat brot, but they decided that it must be white. Normally, I wouldn't mind if it was missing a topping or something, but that was just negligence. I would be willing to bet that the person recognized her mistake at a certain point, but I didn't care.
