The Cheesecake Factory - Minneapolis

Terrible! the waiter steal and fit the tips on taking and when they are brought to the managements attention they lie and say they will correct it without results. does not even earn 1 star

We have dimmed in many times and always had great food and service, except for our last two times in juni and juli, 2022. I ordered the meat leaf the last four times there because I like it and its good portion. the last two times it was overcooked, (burned) and dry. my wife was also unhappy with her command. I am disappointed at eating and the service was friendly but very slow. they trained a new job and it was 't very busy, but also that was waiting for our food very long. I am uncertain when I will eat again there (in edina). I like your Minnetonka location, but if I do it and it's bad, I won't go back there. we live in mn, the place that is displayed on my review is wrong.

Eating was not very expensive and it took an hour to get our food. overall it would not recommend unless already in the opposite and no other options

Laura was our Waitress, she literally was the best waitress, she was sweet and she even had students come and dedicate a whole section to her with her pictures and everything, can tell she’s passionate person that takes pride in what she does. She deserves the world. Even has me thinking about working they part-time.

We made a reservation late and the earliest we can get in on a Friday was 8pm which was expected! We waited about 5 minutes after check in since we were early so it didn't take long to get to our table! Their menu is massive so make sure you look ahead before going because it can get overwhelming! They have food ranging from burgers, pastas, Asian, etc. this was my third time going to a Cheesecake Factory but I was very disappointed! It didn't take long for us to get our appetizer so that was great and the bread was fresh and warm! Unfortunately it took us an hour to get our food because my friend who ordered the Korean Fried Chicken ordered brown rice and they ran out and asked if he was ok with the white rice. I figured they had to switch the rice and it shouldn't take too long but it took 20 minutes later for us to get it. When our food arrived the portions were great but my fiancé was disappointed with the burger. The server didn't ask him how he wanted it done and he figured it would be medium well to well done but it was medium rare. He didn't mind it but if someone didn't like that it would've taken longer to get their burger remade. Desserts: they came out quickly and looked delicious! My friends go the tiramisu and the regular cheesecake! Wish the service was better and faster to make the experience 5/5 but I'll give it a 3/5.
