Wasabi Sushi Fusion - Minneapolis

A sushi dinner with my wife. The service was great and able to answer our questions. The menu had a few options of dinner for two, but we decided to choose our own roles. There was a good selection of standard rolls and many special rolls. I enjoyed the sharp smoked crab. It is a pleasant atmosphere and everyone sitting in the Hibachi sounded like they had fun. There was a good selection of drinks. I tried Japanese plum wine, but it was too sweet for my taste.

Okay. We had sushi in so many cities, restaurants, and no place in the united states fits to this amazing restaurant. We ate so much because the sushi master led us to the next piece of fish. Each one of them was fresh, tasty, well cut, well served, and so pretty. We have, university, toro, aal, salmon, yellow tail and for heaven's sake. Wow, everything's so good and before we leave town, we'll eat here again. Thanks guys we love forever.

Thank you Wasabi Sushi Fusion for compiling such a beautiful tray for the 16th. My son's birthday (bug and band with kind permission from my sister) when I couldn't be there to take him there instead of eating there. He loves your sushi and was very surprised and happy when his aunt delivered his food. Thank you for taking and as always, the food is excellent!

Great restaurant with a nice chill ambience . We came in on a Sunday and it was not packed at all .. it has great views of the city . Close to the stone arch bridge ; great for a dinner/ lunch stop after some walking in this area . The sushi was GREAT; lots of options and affordable prices . The customer service was good as well .They also have the hibachi menu . I would highly recommend and will be back soon

Perfect pre-show dinner for the Guthrie as you can park in a place and then go to the theatre. Great service, beautiful sushi plates, decent prices. Miso soup hit the spot. Fun atmosphere with vaulted ceilings still had Japanese flare. We made plans for a show in the Guthrie last minute and were able to wait at 6 pm (other places had no reservations). They also have Teppanyaki style cooking / eating what we did not, but saw fun and delicious.
