What the heck happened? We arrived for our dinner reservation to find it was closed for a mechanical issue. No call no email no warning. Very disappointing !!

Made reservations on OpenTable (via Xavi's own website) only to show up and see a sign taped to the front door saying they were closed. Not sure whose fault that was but you guys need to get it together. Maybe consider updating your site (and your OpenTable listing) so people don't waste time and gas like my wife and I did.

Probably should stop taking reservations for a closed restaurant! Doors closed and locked, phone disconnected! Very disappointing as we were really looking forward to it.
