Worst location!! Every single time I order from here it ends up wrong and missing ingredients or extra ingredients that’s I can’t physical eat. Find workers that actually do their job.

I love Chipotle. It is my go to fast food option. I live nearby the Shady oak location and it is really convenient. This is the worst Chipotle I have been to and I use them a lot. They are never ready. No matter what time I show, there are menu items not available. As to the chicken, that might be better because it is always burnt to a crisp. If I put in the order on the app, you will get most of what you order but never the correct items. I keep hoping that they will get a new crew to fix it but they never do. Corporate, are you listening! help these guys!Locals, use Hopkins or Technology drive instead. Jimmy Johns, a better option

So bad! Always out of fajitas and corn. Even in the middle of the day if they run out, the workers say they aren’t making more. Have not had 1 good experience

Driver left it on the ground and went to the wrong door

Came in for lunch on a Thursday at noon. employee just standing around and told me they are only taking mobile order. It wasn't' even busy. Why even have a lobby if your only taking mobile order? Annoying!!!
