Great pizza, confusing prices.[Update 10.2023] Service has slipped steadily. Tonight it took 1.5 hrs to get 2 pizzas, and one of the rushed pizzas was served with no marinara sauce. Ginas should be able to do better.
The inconsistency is mind boggling! Had great pizza here once, went back and it was fine. Tried again and same thing, fine. The third time the pizza had a gum line. Seems overpriced for fine pizza with so many other options around. Had issues on second and third time ordering, they “lost” my order both times. First time was for pick up, had to wait 20 minutes after my time to get my pizza and received a distracted “Sorry.” Second time was for delivery, called after I didn’t receive my pizza and it had been 20 minutes after it was suppose to arrive. They stated that it was for pickup when it was clearly for delivery, e-mail to prove it. Then spoke with someone else that stated they lost my order and pizza would be delivered in about 20 minutes. Which it did, cold. Paid full price, delivery fee and tip for cold pizza… Won’t be coming back to a place that this is what customer service looks like, especially when they made mistakes and didn’t make it right plus you never know what the food will taste like.
Always great pizza. However says they are open, ordered online was charged to my card. Showed up to pick it up and lights are off and no one is there. Can’t call to get a refund. If they changed the hours that’s fine but don’t keep your website open and accepting orders. Kind of ridiculous.
Hours are not as google lists them… ordered online and everything went through until I pulled up to a closed restaurant..
