But maybe treat the customers with a bit of respect and turn off the attitude when the customer is just asking a question or trying to get their order. Don?t bother with the ?give us another try? and CHANGE YOURATTITUDE! Customers: The homemade printed signs should be your first and only alert to turn on around and go somewhere else.
I used to come to this location plenty before I found out that potbelly is way better, and all I can say is that I didn?t like it. The sandwich was always a ton of bread with barely any toppings while the prices reflected a real sandwich. Who is paying$10+ for a foot long bread loaf and 3 pieces of ham? I just can?t believe this place is still in business, and I think peopleshould stay away. I recommend if you enjoy a topping-less, over priced loaf of bread. Edit in response to the Owner?s response:No. I wouldn?t waste my money at your subway if It was the only place left. I wouldn?t eat there if I was starving.
This Subway used to be a pleasant place ten years ago, but it seems that control issues from the owners have led to all of their mistreated employees leaving. The man is always in a bad mood and the woman does not change her gloves after handling handles and food. They have signs posted everywhere saying "NO COUPONS!!!" and "NO PHOTO OR VIDEO!!" (possibly due to negative reviews). Are these people okay? Their responses online are also very erratic. It's a shame, as I used to enjoy Subway's food. The Dell Road location is much better, even though they own it as well, because of the friendly employee who works there every day.
I haven't visited this restaurant in a while because I usually opt for fast food burgers. However, the young employee at the establishment patiently answered my menu-related queries. Upon checking out, the manager also greeted me and engaged in a brief conversation. The food was delicious, so I plan on returning more frequently.
I placed an online order for pickup and was told the restaurant was 18 minutes away, even though it was only 2.4 miles. I called three times to confirm the location. When I arrived, the owner, Jay, refused to accept my online coupon for a free 6-inch sub from Subway, despite having ordered $51 worth of food. He voided my order and I left empty-handed, even though my card had already been charged. Jay's behavior was extremely disrespectful, and other customers in the store agreed. They expressed that they would not be returning due to his attitude. Jay does not represent Subway well as a franchise owner.
