The Tavern Grill - Minnetonka

Service was great, waitress had wonderful menu suggestions, I loved both Bruschettas, the chicken Alfredo left much to be desired, the shrimp tacos are good they do have some kick to them so be prepared lol. I will go back just for the Bruschettas and friendly service!

The price is right and the portion is large to take home. First time visiting and compared to Red Stone where I feel maybe be equal in menu options, The Tavern Grill blows the competition out of the water. The new, (to me) feel is open air dining, roomy, and has an amazing staff with great attitudes. ???? ???? We will be returning.

3 appetizers and 1 entree. Generous portions and our food arrived quickly. The food quality and taste was as expected with a slight disappointment regarding the shrimp. The service was slightly below the line. Possibly a shift change or other reason but we did not feel the staff was sufficiently attentive. The restaurant was well in order and clean.

The waitress was in training, but nowhere to be found for a LONG time. The drinks were good, but they don't check in on tables like they should. Although she was a trainee, not even the trainer checked in. We had to go up to the bar to get our check after waiting over 20 minutes when it was clear we were done. Just really inattentive, and it wasn't busy enough for that to happen. Good drinks, though.

I've never eaten at this location but everything was the same great quality and taste as the Woodbury location I go to regularly! Everything was fresh and flavorful
