Charleys Philly Steaks - Minot Afb

This place is great for a quick meal while on base. We don’t mind stopping by, especially when we have shopping to do. He loves the chicken Philly, and I personally really enjoy the bacon three-cheese steak.

They have recently revamped their menu to offer a wider variety of dishes. When my sandwich is prepared correctly, it's truly delicious. Unfortunately, the staff often seem careless when putting together orders, and I frequently receive unwanted ingredients in my meal. Overall, though, it's definitely a significant improvement compared to last year.

They have since updated their menu to include a broader selection of food. When I can get my sandwich cooked properly, it is delicious. However, the employees are often very sloppy about making the orders and I usually wind up with unwanted ingredients included in my food. Overall it is still a vast improvement over last year.

I ordered the ultimate fries, and what I received was disappointing! On October 17, 2018, I emailed as instructed, and I was told that someone from the restaurant would get in touch with me. However, I never heard back from anyone. The picture clearly shows that they don't seem to care.

Decent selection of food. Toppings are always fresh. Customer service...or someone being there to take your order at all is hit or miss
