Saw out like 15 minutes, because the child they sent out must have been as high as giraffe balls, because he even came and spoke to me that he could not find me. Krystal came out and apologized and attacked me with fresh frits.

This restaurant not only looks inviting but also has great food. However, during my visits, I often encountered cleanliness issues, including finding hair in my meals. While the situation has improved somewhat over the years, I still can't tolerate the slow service and seemingly long wait times.

I ordered chicken strips with mashed potatoes and fries, and the A&W root beer was excellent. The chicken was warm, but I didn't receive any sauce or utensils. When you ask someone to wait out front instead of at the window, it implies that you will pay attention to the small details. Now I'm stuck with bland chicken, old fries, and a dry roll. At least the mashed potatoes are good.

Got there at 9:20pm and all the lights were turned off but the employees were still inside. Checked Google for hours and said the place was opened til 10.

Got into the drive through and they turned the lights off before close just so they didn’t have to serve me.
