Papa John's Pizza - Mint Hill

Prompt delivery, apparently at the cost of quality. Pizza soggy in the middle, dough not completely baked, cheese unmelted in stains. The worst pizza ever. $29 for a soup sandwich. Never again.

Pulled in to pick up and the delivery drivers had taken all of the good parking.

My experiences with this Papa John's has been exceptional. All staff that I have encountered have been kind, professsional, responsive, and respectful. The management has done a wonderful job with choosing their staff and training. The pizza toppings are always fresh and delicious!

I haven?t gone to Papa John?s in a long time, Seen they had a meatball specialty pizza which looked really good online. So we ordered one. The picture online shows lots of meatballs and pepperoni everywhere. The pizza I got was very different. Some slices didn?t have a meatball. I called down there and he said it was a new pizza and that is why. They are still working on getting it right. Gave me a free one for the next time I come in. So let?s try it again. Two weeks later I order. Go to pick it up, and some man at the counter is having a fit because they messed his pizza up and gave him the wrong toppings on each side. Then they bring mine out to me and instead of being a meatball it?s a meat specially with sausage and ham and pepperoni. I didn?t even bother to tell them. I didn?t have time to wait for them to make it again so I just took the pizza and left. I figured I?ll never go there again. The only reason they get 1 Star is the people behind the counter seemed friendly.

I ordered a medium pizza more than an hour ago and it hasn't arrived. This is to let you know it is absurb the amount of time I've been waiting for it. You don't respect the estimated delivery time set at the beginning of the order. Look at the time.
