Peppermint's - Minturn-Red Cliff

Got take out from here and they forgot multiple items. When we called to rectify the situation. I was told that they are too busy and we'd have to wait an HOUR.. so the people with missing meals can sit and watch everyone eat. Won't be back.

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. Got sat at a table and waited over 20 minutes and not even a glance in my direction. Go elsewhere

A good place to stop for a tasty tuna melt while you charge your car (EV). Be aware that there are usually ICE cars blocking the charging spots, but the cables are super long so if you can find a spot on that side you don't necessarily need to be right in front of the charger. Super friendly staff, solid food. The restaurant might benefit from some new seats because they're a little torn up in the front area.

Poor service, 35 minutes for a breakfast, food cold, 20 minutes for coffee refill, order was delivered wrong, just Not a place for my hard earned money,lost a customer, good work

This used to be our favorite place to eat. Not so much now. Tater tots were cold and burnt. Our waitress was pleasant but wandered off and forgot coffee. Hot roast beef was just warm and very little gravey. I asked for french fries on a separate plate as I didn't want gravy on them, but they were on the same plate. When we asked for something , she said I'll be right back with it and never came back. Went to find her to get our bill, and all the servers were up front talking. Much as it pains me, we will not be back.
