Story Time! Yesterday at 11 AM, I went to pick up a birthday cake for my new boss. I went to open the door, and found it locked. I looked at the hours to find that they open at 12 PM. I'm assuming the look of sheer horror on my face is what made the (I assume) manager feel bad, and he graciously let me in and took care of my order. Thank you very much, Roy! Whoever is reading this, please DO NOT assume it is okay to come before opening. Opening can be a very busy time. This is a review on their excellent customer service, NOT availability.

The place makes good icecream but expensive for what it is. I think it's sad that places like this Have to charge so much to stay in business and make a profit. Even a Single school will cost you almost $4.

We were looking for a specific cake and other locations close to our house were out of stock. When I called this location they were very professional over the phone, once I found out they only had 1 cake in stock I requested if they could hold it for me. They were very kind and courteous and saved it for me. Once I arrived the service provided over the phone was no different from how they took care of me inside the store.
