Feedback gevenI came to the western pines position #13163 during the lunch break. I was greeted immediately upon arrival. The facility was clean, and everyone was attentive and seemed happy to work there. I had a big order, so I asked the cashier to take my list, and the team went straight to work. The whole process took 20 minutes. The team ensured that my order was correct. The manager is also offered a business card and I will consider catering for the offices. I thought the team did a fabulous job! My employees and I were happy with the subs. They were fresh and delicious. Thanks West Pines team. I will return and recommend Jersey Mike's!
Their subs are phenomenal I forgot how good a sub is because I left to wake up after they went businesses and went downhill. Love the food and the prices were decent. Remember that! Order in business compared to online. Online prices were like $6 more (not sure why).
An order made online. Waited 2 hours....Sub never arrived (Doordash). The store was talking to Pete I think the Mgr. I told him what happened. He offered to revoke my support because he did not want to lose a customer due to the negligence of a third party delivery service. Pete is the real MVP! First-class customer service! A real good for Jersey Mikes! Thank you. Pete, you'll see me again!!
Pleasant location, I have both dined and all right through the app. Great bottoms, meat are cut before you, good fixations. The Shore Points add up and you get free subs after you spend $50 dollars. I placed my order for pickup and is usually ready when I get there.
Went for the first time and tried Philly sub in a tub. Added oil, vinegar and spices. It was great. Could’ve had a little more cheese but I’ll add extra next time. I’m definitely going back!
