Pollo Tropical - Miramar

I ordered a quarter chicken with flour, and it turned out to be very dry. I was quite surprised because the food there is usually good.

The location is fantastic, and manager Rosie truly knows her stuff! She works hard and keeps everything on point. She really is the backbone of this place!

Three times here. Staff seem sad to work. Once a manager told an employee to find out who takes my order because she said she was not responsible for the front. You forgot minor orders. They seem more interested in talking to each other than actually helping. One on the street. In this way

I ordered take out for my family 's dinner. Upon trying to order, the associate was not very pleasant. She was not friendly when I asked specific questions about the menu items. I asked for corn as a side item and the response was, we out of corn. I adjusted my request for something that was available. When I reached the window to pay for and receive my food, the young lady was not friendly--again. Additionally, I ordered and paid for plantains; however upon getting home there were no plantains in the bag.

I have been here a couple times and my most recent visit was the worst. After ordering a large family meal combo option, I had to go back to the counter as they gave me my food without any chicken. Fine. As I actually eat my food, I see that their beans are extremely watered down. No exaggeration the black beans I ordered had around 75% water, 25% beans. As if all this isn't poor enough, I find individual hairs on my food plate. I am completely disgusted at the quality of food here. If anyone reads this, I encourage you to eat elsewhere.
