Auston's On 98 - MIRAMAR BEACH

A few years ago we were not impressed, but gave it another chance because of closeness. Enjoyed the oyster apps, but the others were pretty pedestrian. The dinners were good...the atmosphere with a little music was enjoyable...there were plenty of TVs...prices good..waiter good. Nothing great but we will be back.

I had the seafood platter and it was awesome. My wife had scallops and they were delicious. Destiny was our waitress and she was very attentive. Definitely recommend and will go back.

We had a wonderful couple of meals here this past week. The food was phenomenal, the drinks were the best we found in Miramar, and the service was wonderful. They had a friendly, and attentive staff, and we overall had a great time. We had a party of 7 with 2 littles and both times we walked in, we were seated immediately. Nice hidden gem.

The service was excellent, especially considering it's a busy tourist spot. The food came out quickly, and everyone in our group loved their meals. There was a guy playing the piano, which really enhanced the atmosphere—fun, lively, but not too loud or stuffy. I had the Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and it was fantastic. My wife enjoyed the red fish tacos, while the kids liked their fish filets. Overall, this was the best dining experience we had in Destin.

This place was very good! I was on the fence about eating here BUT so glad we did! The scallops were delicious, everyone loved their oysters, and clam chowder was perfect! The two guys singing and playing guitar were pretty darn good, as well!
