Truly high quality raw materials, we tried the cold cuts and cheese platters and it was clear that the products were excellent and well researched. It's a shame that then, when eating the first courses, even though they were also made with excellent raw materials, they were totally flavourless, there wasn't even any salt. I went to Acetone with a group of friends and I must say that it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant, despite being small, is well furnished and located in the center of Mirandola. The cellar offers a selection of high quality wines. The food was exceptional, with starters of unique, high-quality cheeses, and the truffle tagliolini were delicious. The dish with all the meats, in particular the sweet and sour pork belly, was exciting. It's an excellent place to go with friends or as a couple. If you are looking for a place with refined cuisine and quality wines in Mirandola, I recommend you try it.
