Recommended by a business friend of mirepoix, we were not disappointed. the cassoulet with local products is to fall. everything is prepared at the time of order, so if you want to enjoy this good table you should not hope to be served in the minute.

Friendly welcome (attention, seen success, mandatory booking! and service perhaps a little speeded.) in a very pleasant setting (beautiful room vaute in stone size). For dishes, excellent quality of products used. Don't miss the South-West Salad in the entrance, with gizzards (just teddy to point) sublime, the best we've ever eaten!!!Bref, to be remembered in safe value in this beautiful burgundy of mirepoix.

Yes, because close to the beautiful square of mirepoix, in a very pleasant and temperate pedestrian street we dined on the terrace. No card pumping appellation but fresh and quality products prepared on the moment which can explain the duration of the meal (count between 1 h 30 and 2 hours). Nus had chosen mussels of bouchot and a home cassoulet richly equipped with sausage conflicts and other elbows. The desserts are of the same barrel and the menu of single but complete wines shows moderate prices.

Very friendly welcome, water for dogs without having to ask, very good value quality price for menu at 20€ with an excellent dessert cassoulet.
