Colosseum Creek Motel and Roadhouse

Colin and denise are a family owned operation. Rooms are basic vut very clean. Dining room is small. Food is beautiful with servings on the large size

Best place for a break, meal and a coffee along the Bruce Highway just south of Miriam Vale. Their coffee is locally grown at Byfield just north of Yeppoon and tastes great. So does their food! They have a lovely outdoor setting which looks out towards Colosseum Creek. Peter and Denyse offer a warm and friendly welcome every time we pop in. Definitely recommend this place for a quick break off the road or somewhere to stop for the night.

Just off the road offering Fuel, a nice shop with food, drinks and other goodies. I stayed overnight in the units p the back of the Roadhouse, they were nice & clean and despite being about 200m from Highway, where surprisingly quiet. The Owners made me feel very welcome and the food was terrific! Would definitely stay again.

A good stop for fuel and food. Food is ok and aminities are nice and clean. Right on the highway but still ok.

Welcoming owners great food and great prices well worth the stop to support a smaller business :) Rooms here also pet friendly which is a huge added bonus.
