I found your meat products at The Italian Center in Calgary, and my family won't get any other meat now! Your meats are incredible. Artisan quality like we've never had before. We have tried so many different cuts and they have all impressed my family. Really happy to be your customer! The taste is phenomenal. Everything cooks up so beautifully too. You folks make our dinners taste great!

They've been a fantastic source of knowledge for many different kinds of meats and cuts. I've always enjoyed talking to their staff and looking through the selection that they have at the location.I find it awesome that they do a yearly lamb offering. And this year I have decided to try and get a leg of lamb on Bone.
