Burgers are a must here if you're a sandwich fanatic the fries are amazing and drinks weren't so bad service was great drop in an enjoy a yummmmmmy burger with anyone

My hubby and I finally came here for dinner and ordered our usuals (Bonzai burger for him and veggie burger for me). The burgers were good, warm and fresh. Fries were good too. Overall, food was 4.5 stars for us, ambience was 4 stars and service was 3.5 stars. Even though they have automatic ordering system, I found myself waiting quite a while to get their attention to order refills and box to go... There is definitely some social distancing guidelines being followed. When you enter or exit, you have to wear a mask. And placing groups on tables is ok. It's funny when the next person to you has a backside and so you may not feel 6ft apart, while the other person may. Plenty of parking available and ofcourse there is open bar too. You may have to wait long during peak hours. Last time we came at Saturday peak lunch hour, had 25min waiting... And we turned around and went to Koto... (You can read my review of that as well). Anyhow, this is a good place to bring children too. Enjoy this place!

This has to be my favorite place to dine. The wait staff is amazing! The cooks are amazing! The hostess staff is amazing! The call ahead is brilliant! Have yet to get 1 food item I'm unhappy with or 1 employee who wasn't top tier quality. We dine here often and plan to continue.

Be aware of the long wait times, due to no staff Once seated the service is quick and the server was very attenative The food is good. They have wings, regular burgers, gourmet burgers, kids meals, various drinks. They have a bar inside but it looked like it was closed. Only one side of the place was open and it was due to being short handed on staff- that is what we were told. The prices are not too bad. The burgers with unlimited fries range from $11 and up, the wings with unlimited fries was $11+, kids meals were roughly $6, drinks $2.99+ *The fries are unlimited. *You pay by an electronic device on the table if using debit/credit card.

Bottomless fries! That's their gimmick to get people to go here. They are decent fries (I suggest getting extra seasoning for them). Their burgers are also decent; I personally like their signature one with the egg on it. Our waiter was nice and our food came in a reasonable time-frame. Problem is: last two times I've gone there I've had issues with the bill and it takes forever to resolve and most of my family ended up leaving while I stay to clear up the bill issues. I can it happening once but twice in a row? Only other thing is that nothing really stands out to make me look forward to going back. Everything was just ok or good, but nothing that was delicious or amazing that I can't wait to go back for. We typically choose other restaurants.
