I <3 Bagels - Mission Viejo

I usually don't call to complain, but when I'm charged $21 for three bagels and a coffee, I expect my order to be correct. When I called to speak with a manager, he insisted that they had given me the right bagels and that they were toasted, according to his employee. It felt as though he was calling me dishonest or suggesting I didn’t know the difference between toasted and non-toasted bagels. His solution was for me to bring the bagels back for a replacement, which was not ideal given that I didn’t want to make another trip. Overall, the customer service was terrible, and I won’t be returning. I will also be letting my friends and family know about this location’s incompetence in customer service. Instead, we will be taking our business to Bagels and Brew, which is also located on Alicia.

Low-key place. We had Asiago with egg and garlic-herb cream cheese and an Egg bagel with egg and cheese Bagels are decent, nothing extraordinary but made for a satisfying breakfast. Coffee is self-serve. Fairly quick service.

Big fan of this place. I get the lox bagel every other morning and theirs has better portions and quality than any other bagel place. Even if the line is out the door when you show up you'll have your food within 10 minutes

Authentic New Jersey bagels boiled and baked on site fresh everyday. My personal favorite is the spinach Parmesan. So many flavors to choose from. You won't be disappointed.

The staff here are really friendly. I always come for my coffee and bagels, and I consistently receive the same amazing quality every time.
